To begin, I will keep this concept simple and short. A very effective way to market yourself or website is to simply do what I’m doing right now. Write an article and submit them to article directories, the process is a fast and easy, it also allows information to spread quickly. You can almost always include your link at the bottom of an article which in turn brings you website traffic and helps your page rank.

Where do you start? It’s simple really; all you need is find a topic for your articles. If you need website traffic, there is a reason for it! This is where it gets exciting. For example let’s pretend you have a site related to “Dog Care”. Now what you want to do is write an article on “Dog Care”. This could be any topics from “How to properly wash a dog” to “tips on walking a dog”.

While writing your article you want to imagine yourself reading it. Would you want to read this article? An article could be compared with many things; news, information, or even a school paper. Try not to think of many different topics, but also make sure you keep the article exciting or interesting to keep the viewers entertained.

Last always be sure to include a vital point at the end of you article. This helps in bringing that particular viewer back to reading more of your articles. It’s that simple you can do it starting NOW! Do some research and start writing!

I stumbled across a very useful Wordpress script that can turn your blog into an article directory in a matter of minutes. This script as far as I can tell is flawless. No problems with it what so ever! So what script I am talking about? I am talking about autosubmitarticle. There script is very simple. The script will automatically take articles from http://articlemarketer.com and post them to your own Wordpress blog. Once the process is set up (which takes 15-30 minutes) it is completely automated content to your Wordpress blog.

I tried it out on this site HpkMedia.com you can view it here: Article Directory. I am not completely finished yet but I will either use a contact form plug-in or a custom plug-in in order to let authors submit their articles. The Autosubmitarticle script will automatically create 350+ categories. This means you could potentially create a niche blog/article site for each category.

The script is priced fairly and it only costs $30. There support team is great and they respond quickly. The also have an affiliate program that lets you make $10 per sale. I truly recommend using this script to create an article directory, especially if you are a die hard Wordpress fan like myself =).
